Sports: Singaporean FIA Formula 3 racer Christian Ho signs with Rodin Motorsport; shares manager with Charles LeClerc

After a creditable debut season in the FIA Formula 3 Championship, Singaporean racer Christian Ho is set for a new challenge where he joins New Zealand team Rodin Motorsport for the 2026 season.

Ho made history by becoming the first Singaporean to race in the third-tier F3 for French team DAMS Lucas Oil this year. After a tricky debut at the season opener in Australia, where he was forced to retire, he bounced back strongly in the second round in Bahrain. He finished eighth in the sprint race and 10th in the feature race. His next points would come in July at the iconic Silverstone circuit in the United Kingdom where he claimed sixth place in the sprint and fifth place in the feature race. Ho eventually finished 22nd of 37 drivers after 10 rounds and was his team’s top driver when the season concluded in Monza on 7 Sept.

The 18-year-old said: “I’ve learnt a lot from my first season racing in Formula 3. There were ups and downs and I’ve definitely learnt a lot from every single race. I want to thank DAMS Lucas Oil for believing in me and having me as part of their team of drivers. It’s been a pleasure working with the team and growing together as the season progressed.

Next season, I’ll be joining Rodin Motorsport and it’s a new journey that I’m excited to embark on. I have lots to improve and I’m prepared to put in the hard work before the new season starts. I would like to be more consistent, give my 100 per cent for each race so that I can finish on the podium, and maybe even get my first win, as many times as possible.”

Rodin Motorsport is based in England and boasts the likes of current Formula One drivers Lando Norris, George Russell and Carlos Sainz among its alumni. The team competes in a range of junior categories, providing progression for their drivers. They have won in every single championship in which they compete and even clinched the 2024 GB3 drivers’ and constructors’ titles. They currently lead the 2025 GB3 Constructors’ and Driver’s Championship standings and were sixth in F3 this year.

Benn Huntingford, Sporting Director at  Rodin Motorsport, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Christian to Rodin Motorsport for the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship. He has built an impressive reputation through his performances in the junior categories and has the qualities to continue progressing in F3.”

As he continues to chase his dream of racing in Formula 1, Ho has also signed with Nicolas Todt’s All Road Management, which also manages Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, for the upcoming season. The management company specialises in motorsport and has been scouting and developing talents in all levels of motorsport, from karting to F1 through the different single-seater formulas, endurance and Formula E. The expertise and experience of Nicolas Todt and his team are known to  provide the best environment for their drivers so they can focus on what matters most: racing.
