The resort’s famous Sunday Brunch returns with a sensational spread of global gastronomy and innovative Japanese delicacies that go beyond sushi and sashimi. Our highly-skilled chefs showcase the finest ingredients, such as live Canadian lobsters, tuna twilight, wagyu beef, rotisserie chicken, roasted pork belly, fresh oysters and premium cheeses, all prepared à la minute and accompanied by free-flow wine and bubbly. Guests can also savour healthy and nutritious dishes, fresh fruit smoothies and herbal blends.
The Slate’s Sunday Brunch will be hosted on 29th November 2020, 13th December 2020, and 3rd January 2021 (12.00-15.30 hrs) at Rivet, the resort’s signature Japanese restaurant where classical recipes are fused with contemporary techniques and presented in avant-garde styles. Diners can enjoy elegant end-of-year get-togethers or New Year celebrations in a sophisticated setting, elevated by Bill Bensley’s inspiring design.
To your their experience even more appetising, diners will receive generous resort credit to continue their epicurean adventure at The Slate**. Guests booking Package 2 will enjoy THB 500 of resort credit, and diners booking Packages 3 or 4 will receive THB 800 of resort credit per person! Thai citizens who participate in the government’s Rao Tiew Duay Kan campaign will enjoy an additional THB 600 discount.

On 25th December 2020, The Slate welcomes couples and families to the ultimate Christmas Brunch. In an exquisite ambience, blessed with festive cheer and goodwill, diners can discover a sumptuous selection of traditional dishes, seasonal specialties and international flavours, all expertly crafted by our talented chefs using the locally-sourced, sustainable and prime imported ingredients.
Savour live Canadian lobsters, freshly-shucked oysters, black mussels in white wine, and handmade Japanese delights, along with mouth-watering meats including spit-roasted pork, wagyu beef, honey-glazed ham and of course, traditional roast turkey. Health-conscious diners will appreciate the wellness cuisine station, and an array of premium cheeses and delectable desserts provides the perfect end to this fantastic feast.
Children will be kept fully entertained throughout the day with games and activities, including Christmas card making, face painting, musical chairs, a scavenger hunt, pool activities and Christmas cookie making class. Santa Claus will even take time out of his busy schedule to meet young guests at the Lagoon Pool. Children under 7 years-old can dine free-of-charge when their parents purchase any of these packages. Kids aged 7-11 years (inclusive) are charged 50% of Package 1, and children aged 12 and over are charged as an adult.
