To mark the special occasion with gusto, the property’s notable dining venues, Madison’s, MOGĀ, and El Chido have lined up an enticing selection of activities for guests during the month-long jubilee. 

Madison’s: Calligraphy Afternoon Tea 

Embodying timeless New York chic, Madison’s restaurant unveils an elegant addition to its esteemed Grand Voyage Afternoon Tea experience. From 2:30pm onwards, on Thursdays through to Saturdays during October 2024, the Porter Lounge will host a captivating calligraphy workshop led by the talented Michelle Lee. Guests can choose to accompany their time lounging with a guided masterclass to create artistic birthday cards, all whilst enjoying a curated selection of global flavours steeped in sophistication and delight. 

The Grand Voyage Afternoon tea is priced at S$88++ for two persons and guests are invited to join the workshop at an additional S$50 nett per person. To further celebrate cherished family moments, Madison’s recently launched Madison Square Brunch will be offered at an attractive rate of S$30++ per adult, for a minimum of four adults per table for the base brunch offering promotion, throughout October. More information available  here. 

 MOGĀ: Guest Shifts from Hong Kong

The esteemed cocktail bar, themed as a contemporary upscale Izakaya, is set to welcome two electrifying guest shifts from Hong Kong in October. On Monday 14 October 2024, from 8pm to 12am, Edgar Santillan of Honky Tonks Tavern, #67 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, will be serving up four creative cocktails, including Heads or Tails, a coconut-aged Monkey Shoulder libation reminiscent of a vanilla cream cookie, elevated with coconut and chocolate notes. Other tipples to look forward to are the refreshing and fruity Monkeys & Berries, a whirl of raspberry and strawberry infused with bold Monkey Shoulder, coconut-forward Discarded Juice, utilising Discarded Chardonnay Vodka and Cocchi Americano, and a daiquiri twist, Don Banana, which is set to tantalise palates with flavours of sweet and salted banana. All cocktails served for the Honky Tonks Tavern guest shift are priced at S$23++ each. 

Rounding out the October festivities, Thirsty Shaker’s guest shift is on Monday 28th October 2024, from 8pm to 12am. This al-fresco terrace cocktail bar in Hong Kong will bring an edgy and lively atmosphere to MOGĀ, led by Co-founder and Owner, Sandeep Hathiramani. The renowned cocktail connoisseur, previously from Tell Camellia, Hong Kong, is now responsible for crafting exceptional experiences in Hong Kong with Thirsty Shaker, and sister watering hole, The Wise King, who clinched #34 placement in Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2022.  El Chido: Esquina Singapore Pop-Up

The hotel’s rooftop oasis, offering stunning views of Marina Bay, El Chido elevates the fiesta vibes with an epic collaboration with Esquina Singapore on Saturday 12 October 2024, from 5pm till late. 

Guests are set to savour a free-flow Mexican and Spanish BBQ created by Chef Carlos from Esquina, showcasing his signature style of BBQ bites. The unforgettable weekend soirée features a guest bartender crafting festive cocktails with Monkey Shoulder and Hendrick’s, alongside chilled Corona buckets. DJ Ephrem helms the deck to spin groovy Latin house tunes, while electrifying performances by the LED Pois & Percussion further set the stage for a highly anticipated rooftop party.
