Festive Buffets at Amara Singapore

Element at Amara Singapore brings a rich tapestry of flavours to the table this festive season with buffets featuring gourmet classics with a local twist from 28 November 2024 to 1 January 2025. Guests can start their celebrations with an Assorted Cheese & Charcuterie Box, pairing artisanal cheeses with premium cured meats, and a Christmas Forest Ham Pasta Salad. Providing a delightful start to the holiday spread, the Roasted Butternut Pumpkin Soup is silky and warming. 

The main courses centre around cherished favourites, including a Traditional Christmas Turkey with Turkey Gravy, or Roasted Turkey with Black Truffle Butter and Cognac Gravy, both served with cranberry sauce. For more familiar flavours, the Honey Orange Glazed Boneless Ham is served with a lemongrass-infused sweet chilli pineapple sauce. At the dessert station, diners can indulge in Blueberry Yule Log Cake and the Peranakan-inspired Ondeh Ondeh Christmas Log Cake. Guests can also enjoy classics like a Christmas English Fruit Cake, or savour the surprising Red Booties with Champagne Truffles.

Festive High Tea

Cafe Oriental will offer an intimate Festive High Tea daily from 28 November 2024 to 1 January 2025, 2.00pm to 5.30pm, at $59++ for two persons. 

The experience features an array of festive treats, with savoury offerings including the Foie Gras Éclair and Pineapple & Christmas Ham Bruschetta, a holiday favourite in bite-sized format. Desserts are given a local touch, with highlights like the Christmas Ondeh Ondeh Cake and  Coconut Milk Panna Cotta with Cranberry Compote. All high tea sets are served with a Christmas welcome drink per person. 

Guests have the option to add $30++ for a bottle of Blanc de Blancs Sparkling on Christmas Day, 25 December 2024, New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2024, and New Year’s Day, 1 January 2025.

Retail Offerings

For those looking to bring a taste of the holidays home, Amara Singapore presents a selection of festive retail items. Guests can order a variety of Hampers ($118 – $198 nett), Log Cakes ($63 nett), or Festive Combos containing a turkey, ham and other sweet delights ($158 – $258 nett).  

Orders are open now till 23 December 2024, with collection from 28 November to 26 December 2024. An early bird promotion of 15% off all items, excluding Festive Combos and Festive Hampers, is applicable for orders from now till 8 December 2024. 

Enjoy complimentary delivery with purchases over $230. No delivery is available on Christmas Eve and Day, instead a kerbside collection will be available, with a complimentary bottle of wine.

New Year’s Countdown Party

Amara Singapore wraps up the festive season with an exciting New Year’s Countdown Party on 31 December 2024, from 9.30 pm to 1 January 2025, 12.30 am at the Lobby Bar.  

Guests can enjoy free-flow house wine, draft beer, and soft drinks, alongside a glass of Louis Roederer champagne to ring in the New Year. Tickets are priced at $118++ per adult, with 10% off for dining and in-house guests, and 15% off for early bird bookings by 30 November 2024, as well as for parties of 10 or more persons.

Festive Buffet Dinner at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa

For those who prefer a festive get-together amidst nature, Sanctuary Tearoom at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa’s all-day dining restaurant presents a festive edition of its signature Grill N’ Chill dinner buffet. Seafood lovers can indulge in fresh premium seafood on ice, featuring succulent Poached Sea Shrimp, Creamy Roe Scallops, and tender Maine Lobster, alongside freshly shucked Oysters and Snow Crab. The live carving station presents a fête of hearty flavours, from Honey-Glazed Ham and classic Gammon Ham to Roasted Ribeye. The highlight of the evening is the Barbecue station outdoors, which serves up mouth-watering grilled delights including Wagyu Steak, Satay Pork Belly, Sambal Stingray, Giant Squid, Maine Lobster Claw, Peri Peri Prawn.  

Classic holiday desserts, such as Stollen, Christmas Pudding, and a whimsical Gingerbread House, complete the feast.
