This Chinese New Year, Pullman Singapore Hill Street is transformed into a warm haven for reunions and celebrations. It features specially curated menus that blend tradition with modernity, symbolic cocktails that toast to fortune at MOGĀ, and vibrant Yusheng platters to toss to new beginnings at Madison’s. Whether reuniting with loved ones or hosting colleagues for a festive treat, Pullman Singapore Hill Street welcomes guests to elevate the spirit of togetherness.
MOGĀ, the modern Japanese Izakaya-inspired cocktail bar in Pullman Singapore Hill Street, invites guests to celebrate the season with their exclusive Chinese New Year set menus, ‘The Fortune Set’ (S$198++) and ‘The Prosperity Set’ (S$278++), available for lunch and dinner on Mondays to Saturdays from 11 January to 12 February 2025. Designed to be enjoyed by up to four guests, these menus symbolise the abundance and joy associated with the Lunar New Year, through a seamless blend of Japanese artistry and Chinese tradition.

Start your feast with the Pullman Lo Hei, featuring a vibrant medley of Smoked Salmon, The Black ‘Gold’ Emulsion, Crispy Hashbrown, and more, a dish that beckons a toss to good fortune and success. The Fortune Set and Prosperity Set feature highlights such as Chicken Tsukune, a tender minced chicken creation paired with sous vide egg and elevated with a rich Teriyaki Spicy Sauce. Another standout is the Truffle Teriyaki Edamame, a luxurious twist on a classic Japanese snack, followed by the delightful Kuruma Ebi Tempura, where lightly battered botan shrimp is complemented by Sea Salt Wasabi Mayo, for a perfect balance of textures and flavours.
End the meal on a sweet note with Black Sesame Gelato, complemented by Cookie Crumble and Matcha Dust. Guests can enhance the experience with a bottle of Imanishiki Honjozo Nama Sake (300ml) for just S$30++, a pairing that promises to delight.
For an elevated experience, The Prosperity Set includes the addition of the exquisite Tokyo Broil, which showcases perfectly seared Wagyu Striploin, served with Yakiniku Sauce, Broccolini, and Garlic Chips—a harmonious combination of the richness and freshness that encapsulates the spirit of prosperity and indulgence, making MOGĀ a perfect setting for your Lunar New Year festivities.

In addition to MOGĀ’s exclusive Lunar New Year set menus, the cocktail bar has concocted the special Prosperity Pop (S$23++), a celebratory cocktail inspired by the auspicious mandarin orange. Crafted with Gin, Mandarin Orange Cordial, and Bubbles, this refreshing drink symbolises good fortune and abundance, perfect for toasting to a prosperous new year. Available on Mondays to Saturdays from 11 January to 12 February 2025, from 6 pm onwards.
At Madison’s, celebrate the spirit of togetherness with The Pullman Lo Hei, a traditional Yusheng available daily from 11 January to 12 February 2025.
