Singapore’s sports landscape takes a bold leap forward with the official opening of AiRENA — a next-generation sports enterprise powered by A.I. and performance science and the regional debut of UA Next Combine – a pioneering youth fitness benchmarking platform by Under Armour in collaboration with AiRENA.
This strategic collaboration positions Singapore at the forefront of tech-enabled athletic development in Southeast Asia, bringing global best practices and advanced training systems to a rising generation of sports performers.
More than a facility, AiRENA is Singapore’s first A.I.-powered sports performance hub – a purpose-built ecosystem that integrates cutting-edge technology and advanced training systems with elite coaching and strategic partnerships to transform how athletes train, recover and thrive.

At the heart of AiRENA is the Project 95 (P95) Basketball Academy, helmed by former national and professional players. P95 offers structured, progressive training pathways for youth ballers across all levels. Setting P95 apart is its all-in-one development model, combining technical and tactical coaching with in-house strength and conditioning and real-time performance analytics – a rare offering among youth academies.
With access to a full-fledged gym and professional-grade tracking tools, P95 is Singapore’s first basketball academy to offer premier coaching, advanced sports science and technology under one roof. As IMG Academy’s first official global partner in Singapore, P95 connects athletes with international opportunities to grow, compete and thrive on and off the court.

UA Next Combine is Under Armour’s flagship initiative to elevate youth athletic development through a standardised, tech-enabled fitness performance testing framework. Launched originally in UA Next Academy London and UA Next Performance Centre in China, the platform is now expanding to Southeast Asia through this exclusive collaboration with AiRENA to revolutionise how young athletes train, track progress and compete. 7. Through six essential metrics – agility, speed, reaction time, strength, power and endurance – UA Next Combine provides each athlete with a personalised athletic scorecard, regional ranking, tailored training plan and performance resume. Top performers stand a chance to be selected for Under Armour’s elite training camps across Asia.
As Singapore’s official test-bed for UA Next Combine, AiRENA will host and operate Combine sessions powered by Under Armour’s proprietary Human Performance System and mobile modular testing equipment. This makes cutting-edge performance diagnostics widely accessible to schools, academies and sports organisations nationwide.

The partnership sees Under Armour supplying state-of-the-art equipment and gear, while AiRENA leads programme operations, outreach and delivery, reinforcing its role as a performance innovation platform at the national level.
“We are proud to open AiRENA and launch UA Next Combine in one defining moment. AiRENA is more than a sports facility – we are a future-ready ecosystem designed to redefine and empower the next generation of athletes with the tools, technology and pathways they need to reach their full potential,” said Mr Alan Lim, Director of AiRENA.
“This partnership places elite-level training tools into the hands of aspiring youth athletes, through the optimal combination of our Human Performance System with AiRENA’s local expertise. This will be a pivotal trajectory in athlete development in Singapore and the region,” said Mr Alex Chung, Senior Lead, APAC Sports Marketing of Under Armour.

The collaboration between AiRENA and Under Armour establishes a universal, data-driven performance standard that allows athletes, coaches and schools to benchmark and track progress with precision and purpose.
Over the next three years, the UA Next Combine x AiRENA programme will roll out Combine testing sessions, training camps and outreach initiatives to nurture talent across all levels of sport – paving the way for a more connected, competitive and tech-enabled sporting future.
