Pullman Singapore Hill Street is delighted to announce its latest afternoon tea collaboration: Afternoon Lingering Treats, a first-of-its-kind partnership with homegrown favourite Mdm Ling Bakery, as part of the hotel’s tribute to Singapore’s SG60 celebrations. This limited-time offering runs from 2 June to 31 July 2025 at Madison’s, the hotel’s all-day dining venue known for contemporary flair and cultural creativity.

This exclusive afternoon tea marks a milestone for Mdm Ling Bakery, one of Singapore’s most recognisable souvenir and festive brands, celebrated for its festive cookies, handcrafted buns, and modern twists on nostalgic treats. Previously available only as delivery or takeaway, Mdm Ling Bakery’s creations will now be served for the first time in a sit-down tea experience, elegantly paired with Madison’s refined savouries and premium teas from Dilmah’s Silver Jubilee Collection.

Guests will begin their culinary journey with an artfully curated savoury selection that showcases Mdm Ling Bakery’s playful reinterpretation of local classics alongside Madison’s contemporary flair. Delicate Mee Sua Kueh arrives in bite-sized parcels, a flavour-packed umami starter, while the Salted Egg Yolk Bun surprises with a molten custard core. Other highlights include a Mini Pullman-Style Rojak with tropical fruits, tofu and crisp wonton chips tossed in a tangy-spiced dressing, Chili Prawn Pie Tee with 8 Gems Caviar, and a Satay Chicken Sando featuring tender, peanut-marinated chicken nestled in milky-soft bread. Truly Rice Crackers provide a palate-cleansing crunch between flavours.

On the sweeter side, the afternoon tea unfolds like a nostalgic dessert parade, beginning with a moist Mini Cempedak Cake that bursts with tropical sweetness and segueing into a silky Chendol Panna Cotta layered with pandan jelly and drizzled in gula Melaka. The Raspberry Lychee Rose Cake combines floral rose notes with a bright lychee essence and a hint of tart raspberry, while the Black Sesame Cheese Tart offers a nutty depth tempered by creamy cheese filling. 

Guests will delight in the earthy Purple Potato Mousse’s smooth finish and the golden Coconut Scones served alongside house-made Azuki Bean Jam and whipped cream. Rounding off the experience are MLB’s signature cookies—coffee-kissed Kopi Siew Dai, fragrant Pandan Pineapple and indulgent Molten Chocolate—which serve as a perfect complement to Madison’s curated teas and infusions.

Afternoon Lingering Treats: Madison’s X Mdm Ling Bakery is available from 2 June to 31 July, from 2pm to 5pm on weekdays, and on Saturdays, 2pm to 3.30pm, 4pm to 5.30pm. It is priced at S$88++ for two persons and includes a selection of premium Dilmah Silver Jubilee teas and Nespresso Coffees.
