Hotels & Holidays: Grand Hyatt Singapore Revives 10|SCOTTS with Grand Afternoon Tea and Evening Indulgence

After an ambitious multi-year redevelopment, Grand Hyatt Singapore has officially reopened its doors, unveiling a refreshed dining journey that redefines indulgence in the heart of Orchard Road. At the centre of this revival is 10|SCOTTS, the hotel’s iconic lounge, now relaunched with two signature dining experiences: the Grand Afternoon Tea and the Grand Evening Indulgence.

Long beloved by tea aficionados and buffet lovers, Grand Afternoon Tea at 10|SCOTTS returns with a contemporary semi-buffet format that blends tradition with sustainability. Guests begin with a sparkling welcome—Saicho Jasmine sparkling tea—before exploring a curated spread that highlights provenance and quality.

Highlights include:

  • ASC-certified smoked salmon with horseradish cream and capers
  • Cheese and charcuterie from Les Frères Marchand, a renowned French cheese-maturing family
  • ASC seafood vol-au-vent, filled with prawns, crab, and seafood bisque
  • Classic warm scones, served with clotted cream, jam, and a local twist of kaya

The experience culminates in a tableside dessert tier, featuring treats like vanilla mille-feuille with red wine poached pear, opera cake with coffee and almond, and a citrus pavlova that adds a refreshing finale.

Paired with Monogram’s bespoke tea list, the offering is both indulgent and refined—an elevated take on a quintessential Orchard Road ritual.

For those who fondly recall the hotel’s former After 6 @ 10|SCOTTS, the Grand Evening Indulgence revives the tradition with a modern, aperitivo-style flair. From 6:30PM to 9:00PM daily, guests can enjoy:

  • Cheeses by Les Frères Marchand
  • Organic vegetable salads and ASC-certified smoked salmon
  • Spanish-style sizzling prawns with garlic and olive oil
  • Croquetas de jamón and frites atelier with parmesan and aioli

Served in a relaxed yet elegant setting, the experience encourages sharing and unwinding, making it ideal for gatherings.

Beyond these two signature offerings, 10|SCOTTS now functions as the Grand Living Room of Orchard Road, seamlessly transitioning from day to night. Guests can enjoy:

  • An all-day à la carte menu with oysters, croquetas, and larger seasonal plates
  • A curated bar programme, including refreshing zero-proof cocktails like the Golden Breeze (kombucha & grapefruit) and Secret Garden (berries, herbs, Earl Grey foam)
  • A daily Happy Hour (12PM–8PM) featuring champagne, wines, and cocktails

Open 11:30AM to 11:00PM daily, the space invites guests to settle in for refined tea, a casual aperitivo, or a leisurely evening with friends.

As part of Hyatt’s “Be More Foodie. Be More Fulfilled.” campaign, World of Hyatt members can enjoy 2X points on dining (excluding alcohol) until 9 November 2025 at participating Hyatt properties in Singapore. Members also stand a chance to win 80,000 bonus points weekly, redeemable for stays at Hyatt hotels worldwide.

With its refreshed interiors, commitment to sustainability, and reimagined dining concepts, 10|SCOTTS is once again a must-visit destination for afternoon tea and evening indulgence in Orchard Road. Whether you’re a local foodie or a global traveller, this is where heritage and innovation meet in the most delicious way.
