Eight years after opening its doors as one of Singapore’s most design-forward boutique hotels, The Warehouse Hotel enters a new era—refined, soulful, and distinctly its own. Once a 19th-century godown pulsing with the energy of spice traders and secret societies, the building has been meticulously restored into a symbol of modern heritage: a sanctuary where storied architecture meets contemporary hospitality.
Now, the hotel unveils a trio of new experiences that further enrich its narrative—each designed to engage the senses, spark discovery, and embody the rhythm of the neighbourhood. From a Concierge Curation Service that transforms every stay into a bespoke journey, to a wellness collaboration with Hideaway by The Trapeze Group, and a new cocktail menu at The Warehouse Lobby Bar that captures a century of Singapore’s stories, the hotel continues to evolve with quiet confidence and creative intent.
“Eight years on, The Warehouse Hotel continues to evolve, elevating the way guests experience both our space and our city,” shares Shue Sng, General Manager of The Warehouse Hotel. “Today’s travellers seek more than a place to stay; they want discovery, connection, and a seamless flow between the rhythms of the day and the stories of the locale. With these new offerings, we are ensuring every stay reveals something new and meaningful.”

At The Warehouse Hotel, discovery begins long before check-in. With the launch of its Concierge Curation Service, guests are invited to embark on a highly personalised journey shaped by the hotel’s team of local insiders, curators who live and breathe the city’s ever-evolving pulse.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests receive an invitation to connect directly with the concierge, sharing their dining preferences, curiosities, and travel style through a thoughtfully designed form. In response, the team crafts a tailor-made itinerary that balances the iconic with the intimate, introducing celebrated favourites alongside the city’s best-kept secrets.
From a private visit to a gallery in Tiong Bahru to cocktails at a hidden speakeasy, or an early-morning walk along the Singapore River where the city first took shape, the Concierge Curation experience ensures that every stay feels deeply personal—an authentic window into the city’s soul.

In partnership with Hideaway by The Trapeze Group, The Warehouse Hotel extends its commitment to holistic living with a new wellness collaboration that offers guests exclusive access to the urban sanctuary located just minutes away at New Bahru.
Designed for restoration, rejuvenation, and reconnection, Hideaway is a contemporary bathhouse where stillness meets style. Guests can enjoy preferred rates on a comprehensive suite of wellness offerings, from reflexology and full-body treatments to infrared saunas, cold plunge therapy, and deep tissue massage.
Nestled amid lush interiors, Hideaway is the perfect complement to The Warehouse Hotel’s refined aesthetic—both timeless and forward-thinking. It’s the essential interlude for travellers seeking balance between the city’s kinetic energy and the calm of self-care.

As twilight falls, the story continues at The Warehouse Lobby Bar, a space that captures the building’s layered past through impeccable craft and narrative-driven design. Here, history unfolds through the cocktails, each one a poetic reimagining of Singapore through the decades. The newly launched menu spans eight eras—from the 1890s to the 2000s—each represented by a diptych of drinks: one classic of its time, and a signature reinterpretation that infuses local ingredients and cultural nuances.
The journey opens in the 1890s with the Reverse Trade, a sophisticated inversion of the Martini, made with the hotel’s house-distilled Chiu Long Gin, aromatic Shaoxing wine, Cocchi Americano, and Fino Sherry. A complex yet delicate homage to Singapore’s legacy of East–West exchange, it’s a perfect embodiment of The Warehouse’s spirit: thoughtful, layered, and quietly daring.
The 1930s are marked by The 36 Oaths, a smoky, mesmerising twist on the Rusty Nail, paying tribute to the secret societies that once operated in the shadows of the Singapore River. Crafted with mezcal and a house-made amaro of 36 botanicals—including the nutty, umami-rich buah keluak—it’s a cocktail as complex and intriguing as the stories it recalls.

By the 1970s, the narrative shifts to the Tides of Two, a reimagined Midori Sour milk punch inspired by Japan’s Shōwa-era boom and Singapore’s rise as a maritime powerhouse. Clarified for a clean, elegant profile, the drink blends bourbon, Midori, pandan, and lemon, crowned with a single red dot of raspberry—a poetic nod to Singapore’s moniker, the Little Red Dot.
Fast-forward to the modern millennium, and the menu closes with the Golden Canopy—a bright, fruit-forward cocktail that pays homage to the mango trees flourishing across Singapore’s HDB estates. Made with Iichiko Saiten Shochu, mango, lime, and cane sugar, it captures the essence of contemporary Singapore: rooted in tradition, yet endlessly renewed.
Under the guidance of Director of Food & Beverage Joseph Haywood, The Warehouse Lobby Bar moves beyond theatrics to focus on balance, integrity, and story. “We spent months researching Singapore’s history and experimenting with ingredients,” shares Haywood. “We wanted every drink to be both a discovery and a memory—something that evokes the spirit of this place.”
Complementing the cocktails is a meticulously curated selection of mocktails, boutique wines, and artisanal sakes, offering guests the same level of craft and care in every pour. With its intimate setting, moody light, and polished service, the Lobby Bar remains one of Singapore’s most evocative drinking destinations, where past and present, spirit and story, converge beautifully.

Since its debut in 2017, The Warehouse Hotel has been lauded globally for its design and hospitality excellence, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveler, World Travel Awards, and the President’s Design Awards. Yet beyond the accolades, its enduring appeal lies in its ability to evolve with grace, honouring history while looking resolutely ahead.
With its new guest experiences, The Warehouse Hotel offers a seamless symphony of personalisation, wellness, and creativity. It invites travellers to engage and to experience Singapore through the lens of craftsmanship, culture, and connection. Because here, every element, every scent, sip, and story, comes together to form a singular idea of luxury: quietly confident, distinctly local, and timelessly modern.
