Curators, with their penchant for balance, can indulge in low-ABV creations like the zesty Oh Snap! (SGD 18) or the sophisticated Triple C (Coffee, Cognac, Coconut) (SGD 20). Energisers, always in motion, will delight in vibrant zero-proof mocktails such as Tropical Oasis (SGD 20) or the floral and refreshing Tulip (SGD 18).

“This menu is more than just a collection of drinks—it’s a celebration of individuality and the vibrant personalities that bring the fun spirit of Mr. Stork to life,” shares Moritz Kam, Director of Food & Beverage at Andaz Singapore. “We wanted to create an experience that’s as playful and dynamic as our guests, and this launch captures that spirit beautifully.”

Beyond cocktails, guests can savour a handpicked selection of beers, wines, Champagnes, and bar bites perfect for sharing. Highlights include the indulgent Margherita Pizzette (SGD 20), a vegetarian delight with plum tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and basil, and the fiery Pepperoni Pizzette (SGD 25), featuring spicy pepperoni and a kick of chilli padi. Mr. Stork Sharing Platter (SGD 68) offers a tempting spread of beef sliders, crispy prawn wonton, K-pop chicken, margherita pizzette, and signature truffle and seaweed fries—ideal for enjoying under the city’s twinkling skyline.
