A Sky-High Season of Feasting and Festive Cheer at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena

As the year winds to a close, Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena is dressing up for the holidays—its restaurants glowing with warmth, its menus brimming with indulgence, and its rooftop oasis poised for a sparkling New Year’s Eve countdown. With its sweeping views of the Novena skyline and a reputation for approachable yet elevated dining, the hotel is shaping up to be one of the season’s most inviting enclaves for celebrations with family and friends.

A familiar favourite among locals, Sky22 sits perched above the bustle of Novena MRT, Velocity, and the iconic Novena Church. Come November, the restaurant transforms into a festive gathering place anchored by two experiences: a hearty semi-buffet dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, and a decadent seafood buffet on Sundays and holidays.

From 7 November to 27 December, the Festive Semi-Buffet Dinner brings a touch of refinement to weekend dining. Guests graze at will from an abundant spread—poached prawns, crisp salads, chocolate fondue, and pastries—before settling in for plated main courses rooted in Sky22’s contemporary Asian-meets-Western sensibilities.

Seasonal specials such as Chicken Roulade with foie gras and chestnut stuffing, or Pan-Seared Barramundi paired with clams and beurre blanc velouté, capture the spirit of the holidays. Comfort leaning diners will find joy in signatures like Tiger Prawn Laksa Lemak and Black Garlic Braised Wagyu Cheek, while indulgent upgrades—Lobster Thermidor or Australian Black Angus Steak Frites—offer a premium twist. A kids’ menu keeps little ones happily fed.

Sundays from November through December are an ode to coastal bounty. The Festive Seafood Buffet opens with glistening trays of oysters, snow crab, prawns, scallops and sushi, leading into warming starters such as lobster bisque and Szechuan braised chicken feet dim sum.

At the live stations, chefs whip up Sky22’s famed Laksa Lemak, decadent truffle risotto, and miso halibut claypot rice. Festive roasts—from honey clove bone-in ham to roasted pork belly—anchor the hot mains, with cooked-to-order turkey carving out its place at the table. A dessert finale of 17 holiday confections, from Black Forest Bûche de Noël to Gula Melaka Crème Brûlée, ensures no sweet craving goes unanswered.

On Sundays and public holidays, roaming magicians and balloon artists bring an extra sparkle for families lingering over brunch.

For those hosting at home, Sky22’s Festive Takeaway Collection provides thoughtfully curated bundles sized for four or six. Highlights include the Butcher’s Platter, anchored by a hefty 1kg Black Angus prime rib and a spread of ribs, beef cheek bourguignon, and classic sides; and the Traditional Turkey Set, complete with soup and accompaniments.

Larger gatherings can opt for the Festive Feast for six, featuring a grand stuffed turkey, glazed ham, sides, and an Eggnog Bread & Butter Pudding to seal the celebration. Early birds enjoy 15% off in November, with self-collection available from 26 November to New Year’s Day.

Thirty-seven floors above the city, Las Palmas beckons with a breezy West Coast-meets-tropical vibe—an atmospheric stage for a glittering New Year’s Eve celebration. With fireworks painting the skyline and the city unfurling below, the rooftop bar offers two ways to usher in 2026.

The Celebration Package includes free-flow cocktails, prosecco, wines, beer, juices and soft drinks, with early bird pricing available until 15 December for the first 50 guests. For an elevated experience, the Cabana Experience accommodates two with a bottle of Telmont Reserve Brut Champagne, snack platters, and free-flow beverages. Each guest receives a raffle ticket upon entry, with prizes including hotel stays. The festivities run from 9pm to 1am, ushering guests into a bright new year under the stars.
