This International Women’s Day, fitness takes on a more thoughtful, inclusive shape. On Sunday, 8 March 2026, UFIT will host its inaugural Women’s Wellness Festival, inviting women across Singapore to come together for a morning of movement, learning and meaningful connection.
Held at the UFIT Club Street Hub, the three-hour festival (9.30am–12.30pm) is designed as a welcoming space for women of all ages, backgrounds and life stages—whether they’re brand new to strength training, navigating menopause, returning to movement after cancer treatment, or adjusting to life before or after pregnancy.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, the festival centres on the idea that women’s health is complex and ever-evolving. Participants can choose from five specialised themes:
- Menopause
- Cancer recovery
- Running
- Introduction to strength training
- Pre- and postpartum wellness
Each ticket includes access to a focused educational talk paired with a corresponding workout, allowing women to explore topics most relevant to their own bodies and experiences. Sessions are led by UFIT’s integrated team of coaches and health professionals, alongside contributing experts from Osler Health, ensuring advice is practical, science-backed and accessible.
This approach reflects UFIT’s wider philosophy. Founded in 2011, the brand is known for its industry-first Circle of Care model, which brings together personal training, physiotherapy, podiatry, Pilates, nutrition and performance screening under one collaborative framework. The festival is a natural extension of that multidisciplinary mindset—where education and movement go hand in hand.

Beyond the sessions themselves, the Women’s Wellness Festival is designed to feel as much like a community gathering as a fitness event. Attendees can expect a lively atmosphere with a DJ, curated goodie bags, and partner booths spotlighting female-led businesses. It’s a chance to meet like-minded women, ask questions freely, and discover new ways to feel stronger—physically and mentally.
“Women’s health is multi-faceted, and their needs change at every stage of life. We believe their training should reflect that adaptability,” says Dean Ahmad, CEO and Co-founder of UFIT. “We designed the Women’s Wellness Festival to offer women a safe space to ask questions, learn from experts, and get moving in a way that feels right for them, all while having fun and being surrounded by an encouraging and supportive community.”

The festival also carries a meaningful charitable component. In partnership with the Breast Cancer Foundation, $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to support women affected by breast cancer, adding a deeper sense of purpose to every session.
For women looking to mark International Women’s Day with intention, by learning more about their bodies, moving with confidence, and connecting with others, the UFIT Women’s Wellness Festival offers a refreshing reminder that strength comes in many forms.
UFIT Women’s Wellness Festival runs on Sunday, 8th March 2026, 9.30am – 12.30pm at UFIT Club Street Hub, 21 Club Street, #01-01, Singapore 069410. Tickets are $65 (includes $10 donation to Breast Cancer Foundation) and available here
