Paris Baguette, the well-loved fast-casual bakery known for its innovative array of breads and cakes, is set to open its new flagship outlet at ION Orchard during the third week of September 2021.
The upscale outlet at ION Orchard will introduce new exciting features and product offerings while keeping to its commitment to offer Singaporeans a unique experience to satisfy taste buds with the best quality French-inspired bread, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, salads and more.
“We are truly excited to bring our new elevated store concept to improve our customers’ experience at ION Orchard. Our new menu features an all-day dining menu and exclusive new premium products. Our store design features a skylight ceiling and French outdoor furniture, to provide the illusion of outdoor-indoor dining,” said Ms. Hana Lee, Vice President of Paris Baguette, South East Asia.
Spanning over 3,024 square feet, the newest outlet will spot a distinctive colour palette of marble, wood, white and gold tones for a touch of classy elegance. A special seating area is immersed in a skylight with programmable lighting while decorated with stunning foliage for a tropical feel indoors to exude a pleasant, cosy ambience for the best experience each time.
Comfortably seating 70, Paris Baguette ION Orchard will be open daily for dine-in (in line with Covid-19 regulations), takeaway and islandwide delivery via GrabFood. Paris Baguette ION Orchard will re-introduce Paris Baguette’s brunch menu to offer all-day dining with a range of delightful options to be enjoyed throughout the day. With exceptional attention to detail, the specially designed menu features 22 irresistable items made using the highest quality ingredients to offer sweet and savoury brunch items, mains including pasta and risotto, snacks as well as kid-friendly options.
Offering something for everyone, the all-day dining menu also includes vegetarian options like the Impossible Bolognese, 4 Mushrooms Cream Pasta and Pumpkin Cream Risotto. Make it a meal by topping-up just $7.00 to selected all-day dining main menu items to also enjoy a Mushroom Soup and an Americano/Tea of the Day.
Complementing the menu is an extensive range of beers including Paris Baguette’s special tea infused beer cocktails using its range of premium TEATRA Tea. These refreshing cocktails are topped off with the warm, floral notes of vanilla syrup and the crisp taste of Tiger Crystal Beer. The cocktails are priced from $11.00 to $13.00 per glass.
For the first time, Paris Baguette is bringing to Singapore its one-of-a-kind Natural Yeast Bread that is made using the finest baking technology, directly reflecting the brand’s motto of using only premium quality ingredients. Sangmijong, a new natural yeast developed by Paris Bguette after 13 years of research and patented this April in Korea, offers a softer texture and better flavour compared to baking yeast. Widely popular is Korea, Paris Baguette’s range of Natural Yeast Bread has a distinctive savoury flavour and chewy texture that fans cannot get enough of.
Paris Baguette’s signature Paris Rocher Cake is back and will be exclusively available at the Paris Baguette ION Orchard outlet. This crowd favourite is a decadent hazelnut mousse cake layered with vanilla sponge, indulgent nougat and generously coated with rich hazelnut cream topped with chocolates and crushed nuts for a mouth-watering bite each time. This must-try cake is priced at $9.90 for a short cake.
Paris Baguette ION Orchard will also be the only outlet offering a wider range of Royal Pudding flavours. The much-loved National Day special Lychee Royal Pudding, which was to be on sale only till 14th September 2021, will continue to be available at Paris Baguette ION Orchard.
Paris Baguette’s premium line of TEATRA Tea will finally be launched in Singapore at Paris Baguette ION Orchard. TEATRA Tea, an exclusive line of specialty teas by Paris Baguette, are uniquely blended with premium ingredients sourced from various corners across the global for a range of new and diverse flavours that perfectly highlight the original taste of the region.
The new recyclable tin boxes are designed by UK based artist Fee Greening who has worked previously with brands like Gucci and Liberty London. With a constant focus on sustainability, the tea bags are made from a biodegradable material, Polylactide (PLA), that is extracted from corn starch. The three exclusive flavours are priced at $6.50 for a pot, $22.00 for a box of 10 and $65.00 for a Gift Box, offering up three flavours: Earl Grey &, Floral Chamomile and Shine Muscat Green Tea.
