Homegrown craft beer brewery, Pink Blossoms Brewing, will be serving their craft at the Great Christmas Village (Ngee Ann City) from 7 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. This pop-up will run daily from 1pm to 10pm, rain or shine. Pink Blossoms will be bringing their signature and seasonal brews from their brewery in Ubi to the heart of the festive celebrations in Singapore. Visitors can enjoy freshly tapped, ice-cold Pink Blossoms brews while catching the festive decorations or doing their holiday shopping along Orchard Road.

On tap will be a selection of Pink Blossoms’ beloved flagship beers, including Lean on Me (ABV 5.5%)—a refreshing New England Pale Ale, high in citrus and stone fruit hop aromas; and Don’t Stop Believing (ABV 6.8% )—a double dry hopped New England IPA that gives a burst of fruity flavours and moderately-low bitterness.

This pop-up will also feature seasonal beers. These include Winter Wonderland (ABV 8.5%)—a Sake Ale which smells like a sake but tastes like beer; Happy Together (ABV 6.5%)—a fruit ale brewed with plenty of raspberries; as well as Let It Be–Vanessa (ABV 6.8%)—a pillowy and creamy IPA with a fruity and moderately bitter finish. Other featured beers include Time After Time (Nitro Milk Stout) (ABV 5.0%), and One Love (Amber Lager) (ABV 6.0%).

Besides beer, visitors to the Pink Blossoms Brewing pop-up could also look forward to the Frosty’s Dog: a hot dog crafted with artisanal ingredients produced in Singapore – Pork Frankfurters from Huber’s and Brioche Buns from BREAD CRÉATEUR. Savour this festive season with produce proudly made in Singapore. Crafted by Singaporeans but enjoyed by all.
