Japan’s No. 1 conveyor belt sushi chain, SUSHIRO, is opening its first-ever outlet in Serangoon Garden at myVillage on 7 July 2026, marking its 23rd restaurant in Singapore. Nestled within the neighbourhood mall, the new outlet feels right at home among the area’s laid-back charm, offering another casual spot for everything from weekday lunches to family dinners and weekend catch-ups.

Coinciding with the opening is SUSHIRO’s latest seasonal menu, Hokkaido Harvest & Tohoku Treasures, which shines the spotlight on premium ingredients from Japan’s northern regions. Running from 8 July to 4 August 2026—with an exclusive one-day early launch at the Serangoon Garden outlet on 7 July—the menu features 25 limited-time dishes inspired by the flavours of Hokkaido and Tohoku.

Look out for indulgent highlights such as the Boss Level Scallop Stack, Premium Hokkaido Salmon Roe, King Crab and Matsumaezuke Wrap with Salmon Roe, and Hokkaido Pacific Saury. It’s a seasonal lineup designed for diners who enjoy discovering new regional flavours beyond the usual sushi favourites.

Of course, diners can also expect SUSHIRO’s signature selection of sushi, sashimi and sides, all made with carefully selected ingredients and fresh seafood that have helped make the brand Japan’s largest conveyor belt sushi chain.

Opening celebrations run from 7 to 20 July, with a rotating 1-for-1 sushi promotion featuring a different favourite every few days.

The lineup includes Bluefin Fatty Tuna (7–8 July), Big Red Shrimp (9–10 July), Big Cut Fresh Salmon (11–13 July), Aburi Soy Sauce Engawa (14–15 July), Salmon Roe Wrap (16–17 July), and Medium Fatty Tuna (18–20 July). Each promotion serves two pieces on the same plate, making it an easy excuse to indulge in some of SUSHIRO’s most popular items at great value.

Beyond sushi, July also brings a collaboration that’s likely to catch the attention of dessert lovers. From 1 to 28 July, SUSHIRO is teaming up with KITKAT® on two limited-edition parfaits priced at S$6.50++ each.

The Matcha Parfait (Made with KITKAT®) layers Matcha KITKAT®, matcha sauce, red bean paste and soft serve for a distinctly Japanese finish, while the Strawberry Parfait (Made with KITKAT®) combines sweet strawberries with creamy soft serve and crunchy KITKAT® Crumble. Both offer a satisfying finale after a conveyor-belt sushi feast.
