Food and Drink: queic by Olivia launches limited edition Vanilla Pistachio Cheesecake for Mother’s Day 2026

This Mother’s Day, Singapore cheesecake brand queic by Olivia is leaning into softness, not just in texture, but in mood. Its latest seasonal release, the Vanilla Pistachio Cheesecake, arrives as a limited-edition creation that feels made for intimate gatherings, long lunches, and the kind of conversations that stretch into dessert.

At the heart of the cake is queic’s signature Olivia-style cheesecake, reimagined with delicate layers of vanilla and pistachio. But rather than delivering the intensely roasted, overly sweet pistachio flavours often found in desserts today, the team takes a gentler approach. The pistachio paste is made in-house to preserve the nut’s natural aroma, pale green hue, and subtle floral character, resulting in something lighter, fresher, and unexpectedly refined.

Finished with swirls of vanilla cream, pistachio cream, and edible spring flowers, the cheesecake is designed to look just as elegant as it tastes. It’s the kind of centrepiece that suits a Mother’s Day table without trying too hard: understated, polished, and quietly celebratory.

For those familiar with Queic’s cult-favourite cheesecakes, the seasonal release also reflects the brand’s growing identity in Singapore’s dessert scene — one that balances technical precision with playful creativity. Since opening near Chinatown, the brand has expanded across the island with outlets at Scotts Square, Jewel Changi Airport, and Jem, bringing its Spanish-inspired cheesecake concept to a wider audience.

The Mother’s Day Vanilla Pistachio Cheesecake is available in two sizes: a 9-inch version designed for sharing among five to six people, and a smaller 6-inch cake suited for more intimate celebrations. Early-bird pricing runs from 1 to 7 May, with limited walk-in availability from 7 to 10 May while stocks last.

Pre-orders can be placed via Queic by Olivia. More updates and seasonal releases are also available on Instagram.
